President - Dan Lubin
Dan Lubin founded the West Shore Soccer League in 2018 after moving to Ludington in the fall of 2016 and wanting to create a competitive adult soccer league in western Michigan. As a player, Dan grew up playing for the Farmington Soccer Club in Metro Detroit. One of his best experiences was traveling to Germany and Holland in 2006 to play against teams in the Netherlands and while attending multiple matches at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
After high school, Dan played and coached the Bowling Green State University Men's Club Soccer Team. He moved back to Farmington Hills in 2012 and served as Director of Coaching for the Farmington Soccer Club, his former youth club. Dan also continued to play competitive soccer with AAFC and Bafana United of the Michigan Premier Soccer League (MPSL) and Michigan United Soccer League (MUSL). With Bafana United's MUSL team Dan also served as a player-manager.
Dan hopes to continue to promote soccer and provide opportunities for others through the game that he has been so fortunate to experience himself.
